Customized by a domestic client and sending us the sample of the parts for us to produce accordingly, the full range of undercarriage parts for Epiroc DM30, DM45/DM50 and DM75 blasthole drills were developed about 3 years ago, and from then on, the parts are widely used on the mines in China, and also exported to many other countries.

The following is the idler for DM75 ordered by a client from India, which have been delivered and installed on the machine. Agreed with the client, the material on the tread area is 30MnB to improve the wear-resisting performance, and also the warranty for the idler is: 1 year from the date arriving the destination port or 2000hrs whichever comes first.
